1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KAIKI ("the Service"), operated by KAIKI ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
KAIKI is an AI-powered code security scanning platform that analyzes source code repositories for leaked secrets, exposed API keys, credentials, and security vulnerabilities. The Service uses KAIKI Alpha-powered artificial intelligence models to detect and report potential security issues in your codebase.
3. Account Registration
To use KAIKI, you must create an account by authenticating via GitHub OAuth. You agree to:
- •Provide accurate and complete information
- •Maintain the security of your account credentials
- •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- •Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Subscription Plans & Payment
4.1 Paid Plans
KAIKI offers paid subscription plans (Pro, Max, Enterprise) with varying features and scan limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page.

6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, AI models, designs, content, and trademarks, is the property of KAIKI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your source code — we claim no ownership over code you submit for scanning.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
While KAIKI uses advanced AI to detect security issues, we do not guarantee that all secrets or vulnerabilities in your code will be identified. The Service is a supplementary security tool and should not be your sole method of security auditing. We recommend combining KAIKI with manual code reviews and other security practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KAIKI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KAIKI, its founder, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
